How to Look up a Call

Use How to Access the GUI to get to the below screen.

Now Click "CDR Reports" under the "Reports" tab. That will bring you to the screen below.

From here you can search all calls on the phone system. 

Here are a few example search queries:

  • Lookup by the time frame
    • Change the call date fields
    • Press "Search"
  • Lookup by the phone number of the caller
    • Confirm date fields are correct
    • Add the phone number to the "CallerID Number" field
      • A "1" may be needed to be added to number for the query to work
    • Press "Search"
  • Lookup by the phone number called
    • Confirm date fields are correct
    • Add the phone number to the "DID" field
      • A "1" may be needed to be added to number for the query to work
    • Press "Search"
  • Lookup by the duration of the call
    • Confirm date fields are correct
    • Change the "Duration" fields
    • Press "Search"
