How to Receive Voicemail in your email

Hi, I am Alejandro at Voiceopia, and I am going to teach you how to receive Voicemail in your email.

To receive voicemails in your email it is very simple.
Simply email with your company name, email, extension name, and extension # as well as a note to request to receive voicemails in your email.
You will begin receiving emails from
The subject line will include the number that received the call.
The body of the email will include the Extension Name, Extension #, Caller ID, Caller #, Length, Date, and Time.
If you have elected to receive a copy of the audio in your email then you will also receive an attachment with it.
Below is some helpful information in regards to receiving Voicemail to Email:

When receiving a voicemail email, occasionally, a smart device may try and attribute the email address as the caller. This email address is simply a no-reply email.

If you receive a voicemail email, you will never be able to reply to the email and get to the caller.

Our suggestion is to add to your contacts as "VoiceMail Server" or something similar, to avoid any future confusion thinking that the voicemail can somehow be replied to or that it is associated with a caller.

The emails can, of course, be forwarded on to someone else, if needed.
