Voicemail Email Identity Confusion

When receiving a voicemail notification E-Mail, these notifications will generally be sent from However, you may notice that the sender name reflects the caller's name (or more specifically, the Caller ID Name of the caller.)

Although all notifications are sent from the same E-Mail address, we use the Caller ID Name as the sender name to make it easier for you to see who messages are from at-a-glance, as well as mitigate some message sorting issues with some mail clients.

However, this is a no-reply E-Mail address.

If you receive a voicemail email, you will never be able to reply to the E-Mail. and get to the caller.

The E-Mails can, of course, be forwarded on to someone else, if needed.
