When receiving a voicemail email, occasionally, a smart device may try and attribute the email@example.com email address as the caller. This email address is simply a no-reply email.
If you receive a voicemail email, you will never be able to reply to the email and get to the caller.
Our suggestion is to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts as "VoiceMail Server" or something similar, to avoid any future confusion thinking that the voicemail can somehow be replied to or that it is associated with a caller.
The emails can, of course, be forwarded on to someone else, if needed.
